exposed. tate modern

from the documentary to the voyeuristic to the down-right-wrong 'exposed' at the tate modern highlights significant photographic, social and political changes throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. with the invention of the camera (and subsequetly kodak bringing limitless dissemination of the the photo's contents) the distinctions are blurred between the public and private spheres. the exhibition raises the question of whether invasiveness is inherent to the medium itself...
