well, the optimism shown on the catwalks is certainly infectious and prada is clearly one of those embracing it. bold, vibrant and animated were the looks she presented veering away from her brooding aesthetic seen in so many of her collections. but this is summer and there were plenty of cheeky baroque prints on a more minimal canvas which her customers come back for every season. needless to say the luggage was equally covetable. last season's curvaceous ladies were nowhere in sight but there were body con skirts, just teamed with loose kimono silhouettes. her imaginative tropical outlook is refreshing but will possibly invite everyone to dream of the summer again just a little too prematurely...
